Plymouth County Warrant Records Plymouth County Warrant Records

Warrant information in Plymouth County is split across several offices. The Superior Court and four District Court divisions issue and keep warrants, the sheriff holds the county jail and serves civil process, and most city and town police departments carry out the orders a court sends them. Getting to the right office on the first call saves days. This site gathers the addresses, phone numbers, docket formats, and request steps for those offices into one place.

Why We Built This Site

Massachusetts publishes a fair amount of court and warrant information, and the hard part is working out which office holds the piece you need. A warrant does not sit in one place. The court that issues it sets the charge and any bail amount. The clerk-magistrate's office in that division keeps the file and can say whether the warrant is still active. A police department can serve it and cannot recall it. The sheriff runs the jail, serves civil papers, and holds a records office that answers a different set of questions.

Massachusetts adds its own wrinkle. There is no public statewide site that searches every active warrant by name. The Trial Court keeps warrant data in an internal system that courts and law enforcement use, while the public case search shows docket information only. Check one place, find nothing, and it is easy to assume you are clear when the record simply lives somewhere else.

So we collected the contact details, the search steps, the docket-number formats, and the records-request routes for each office in the county and put them together. The goal is simple: help you start in the right spot.

  • Resolving a warrant: the steps that lead to a recall, from a call to the clerk to a motion from counsel and a court order

What We Cannot Do

This is a private reference site. We have no connection to any Massachusetts court, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are real:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot recall, quash, clear, or remove a warrant from any system
  • We cannot post bail or accept payment toward a court obligation
  • We cannot set a court date, arrange a surrender, or speak to a judge for anyone
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific warrant applies to your situation
  • We cannot promise that every address, phone number, or fee on this site is current today

Only the Massachusetts court that issued a warrant, or the office that holds the record, can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled. We can point you to that office, and the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages here carry search boxes that outside providers operate. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services. If a search leads to a paid signup, we may receive a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep this site free. We do not control what a partner charges or what a partner returns, and a partner result is not an official court record.
